Program
The Program will consist of a number of sessions devoted to effective preparation for, and representation at mediation in the R&D and related fields, and will include a number of role-play segments to illustrate key learning points.
Topics will include:
- Administered Mediation and Arbitration at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center
- Developing a strategy for mediation
- Selection and appointment of the mediator
- Effective representation at mediation
- The role of the different actors at the mediation meeting
- The mediation and its various stages
- Concluding the mediation
